- Return: up to 7 days after receiving your order.
- Exchange: possible within 10 days, subject to stock availability.
Terms and Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- We do not accept any returns without prior authorization.

- Clearance or promotional products
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Unpacked mattresses
- Used carpets or bedding
Damaged or Defective Products
Report any damage within
48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos. We are committed to repairing, exchanging, or replacing the item depending on the situation.
